The lemons used by Yoyoken are domestically produced and pesticide-free.Depending on the season, we use lemons from the highlands or Hiroshima.In their natural state, lemons are green and have a strong sour taste and refreshing fragrance that are available from October to November.As it matures, the sugar content increases and the acidity mellows, turning it into a yellow lemon with a rich, full-bodied flavor.

Yoyoken's lemon sour is made by putting lemons through a slow juicer.

A slow juicer is a type of juicer that takes time to extract the juice.Since it does not generate much heat, the nutrients in the ingredients are not destroyed by the frictional heat of the machine, allowing you to enjoy the natural goodness of the ingredients.Because the blades rotate at a slow speed, mixing takes time, but since no frictional heat is generated, the enzymes in vegetables and fruits are not destroyed, allowing you to consume rich nutrients.

Kamiyama is a small town with a population of 5,200 people located in the mountains of Tokushima Prefecture.Kamiyama is surrounded by mountains, and there is a large difference in temperature between morning and evening, with many sloping areas and little flat land.Sudachi grown at high altitudes rather than on the plains allows the difference in temperature to produce high-quality sudachi with a crisp acidity and delicious fragrance.Sudachi fruits contain more Vitamin C than lemons, making them the king of citrus fruits that should never be considered a supporting role!
